Welcome to MALAM DIGITAL. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by MALAM DIGITAL, including web design, app design, and graphic design services. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

MALAM DIGITAL provides digital design and development services as outlined in our pricing plans. The specific details, deliverables, and timeline of your project will be agreed upon before the project commences. Any additional features outside the original scope may incur extra charges.

2. Pricing and Payment

We offer transparent pricing for our services. Payments are processed securely via Stripe, Wise, Payoneer, or Bank Transfer.

• For small projects (e.g., Logo Design, Starter Web Design), full upfront payment is required.
• For larger projects (e.g., Ecommerce, Pro App Design), a milestone-based payment plan may be arranged upon discussion.
• Work will commence only after the initial payment is confirmed.

3. Revisions and Delivery

We strive for 100% client satisfaction. Each service plan includes a specific number of revisions or a reasonable revision period. Revisions cover modifications to the existing design concepts but do not include complete redesigns or a change in the original project scope. Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on project complexity and client feedback speed.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon final delivery and full payment, the client owns the copyright to the final design/product. However, MALAM DIGITAL reserves the right to showcase the completed work in our portfolio, website, and social media for promotional purposes, unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed beforehand.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our digital services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis:

• If you cancel an order before any work has started, a full refund will be issued.
• If work has already commenced but the initial concepts are completely rejected, a partial refund may be issued minus the cost of the time already spent.
• No refunds will be provided once the final files are delivered or approved.

6. Limitation of Liability

MALAM DIGITAL is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or delivered products. We ensure high-quality work, but we do not guarantee specific business results, traffic, or sales from the websites/apps we design.
